The European Collective Redress Circle is an exclusive, invitation only event, returning for it's second year. It will feature up to 40 handpicked European practitioners with a focus on Collective Redress. This event will be expertly steered by our Advisory Board Genevieve Quierin of Stephenson Harwood, Ianika Tzankova of Rubicon Litigation, Henner Schläfke of Noerr, Ana Rita Calmeiro Barroca of Sousa Ferro & Associados, and María Pérez Carrillo of Cuatrecasas.
The second annual European Collective Redress Circle returns for 2025, an exclusive, invitation-only gathering designed to foster meaningful dialogue and collaboration among leading practitioners in the field.
Spanning one and a half days, this unique event is structured around a series of facilitated, interactive discussions rather than traditional presentations or panels. The format is deliberately fluid and inclusive, encouraging all participants to contribute actively throughout.
The agenda is curated by our Advisory Board, comprising senior experts from across Europe who will also lead the sessions. These include full-group “square” discussions and an afternoon of dynamic roundtables, each designed to spark candid, Chatham House-style exchanges on the most pressing issues in collective redress.
In keeping with the Circle’s collaborative spirit, we welcome suggestions from attendees on topics they would like to see addressed. The agenda will remain open and responsive right up to the event itself, ensuring that the content reflects the priorities and insights of those in the room.
This is not just an event, it is a space for shared learning, strategic thinking, and the cultivation of cross-border relationships that will shape the future of collective redress in Europe.
