Business Development & Partnership Manager

As the company growth continues, ThoughtLeaders4 is recruiting for a high performing Business Development & Partnership Manager. The Commercial Partnership team works across TL4's established legal communities and have the responsibility for in-person, virtual and community partnerships.

The important role is integral to the success of the business. It is extremely busy and demanding and requires a highly motivated and driven individual with strong inter-personal skills, organisation and administration skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. 


Operations Executive

The Operations Executive will assist with the management an array of events within the team, along with support from the TL4 operations team. The environment is busy and challenging and you have to be able to work on multiple projects ensuring consistency in delivery. Work closely with the wider TL4 teams, project managing the delivery of small workshops and roundtables from beginning to end, developing and creating new innovative products that will enhance the customer experience at TL4 events. 


Strategic Partnership Executive

The role of the Strategic Partnerships team is to plan, negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key accounts, key partners, and potential partners. Alongside managing relationships with our partners, you will assist in all content production at the firm. This unique role within the strategic partnerships team is a dynamic position that works closely with all the departments within ThoughtLeaders4.
