Nakul practises from Singapore, Delhi and London. He accepts appointments both as counsel, for international arbitration and international litigation, and as arbitrator.

He specialises in disputes and international law advice relating to banking and finance, construction and engineering, corporate (joint venture/shareholder/partnership disputes), international commercial law (including media and telecommunications), mining, energy and natural resources.

Nakul brings a significant level of experience to complex trials, interim applications, injunctions, appellate hearings, jurisdictional disputes and enforcement matters. He has appeared as counsel in setting aside and enforcement proceedings relating to international arbitration awards in all three jurisdictions.

He has been appointed as arbitrator by the SIAC, ICC and LCIA, and also accepts ad hoc appointments.

Sonali Mathur has 13 years of experience and specialises in Dispute Resolution. She has represented clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations. Sonali advises on complex commercial and corporate litigation, environmental litigation, employment disputes, insolvency disputes and regulatory matters, including securities litigation. She has also engaged clients on potential investigations of fraud, corruption, and bid–rigging by regulatory bodies. Her experience ranges across various sectors including infrastructure projects, non renewable, and renewable energy, insurance, telecom and intellectual property. Sarocha Thongperm is a counsel in the litigation and arbitration practice group at Weerawong C&P. Sarocha specializes in Thai court and cross-border litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration under the rules of major arbitration institutions including the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC and TAI.

She has 15 years of experience advising clients on civil and criminal proceedings, competition law, business rehabilitation and administrative law disputes. She has experience in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, renewable energy, real estate and construction, insurance, hospitality, consumer goods and services, and transportation.

Representation of major renewable energy companies in three arbitration proceedings under the ICC Arbitration Rules in relation to claims of over USD 1 billion and multi-jurisdiction litigation proceedings (including Belize, Hong Kong and Singapore) arising out of share purchase agreements, agricultural land leases and rights to the use of agricultural land. We successfully lifted all injunctive orders against our clients and the arbitration awards were favorable to our clients.
