Sue Prevezer is a senior barrister with over 30 years of experience in commercial litigation at every level of the UK judicial system and in various arbitration forums. Sue sits as a Deputy High Court Judge in the Chancery Division of the High Court and as an arbitrator. She is also a CEDR Mediator and is admitted to the Bar in both the Cayman and the BVI.

Alex Potts QC is a partner and Head of the Litigation & Restructuring practice in the Cayman Islands office of Conyers. With a particular focus on complex disputes, Alex handles matters in the fields of banking, financial services, investment funds, (re)insurance, professional negligence, company law, trusts, asset recovery and contentious insolvency. Alex is admitted to the Bars of England and Wales (2000, QC 2018), the Cayman Islands (2020), and Bermuda (2007).
Alex has conducted cases and appeared as leading counsel before a variety of first-instance and appellate courts, arbitration tribunals, and regulatory tribunals in England and Wales, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands including the Privy Council. He is frequently instructed as counsel in international arbitrations and mediations, and associated legal proceedings.
Alex is a member of a number of professional organizations including INSOL International, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, COMBAR and the Chancery Bar Association and has served as an appointed member of Bermuda’s Copyright Tribunal and Human Rights Tribunal.

Jerry regularly appears as an advocate before the BVI Commercial Court and his practice covers all aspects of commercial and civil litigation. He specializes in insolvency, cross border relief/assistance, jurisdictional disputes, urgent interim relief, shareholder disputes and asset tracing. Jerry works closely with international legal teams on a regular basis on various types of multi-jurisdictional disputes and advises a broad range of clients, including corporate directors, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
Jerry is also a Notary Public and a Member of the BVI Bar Association, the Restructuring and Insolvency Specialists Association, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Judicial and Legal Services Commission.
