Iona is a professional economist with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in competition and regulatory matters and has an established reputation for delivering rigorous economic analysis for clients both as an advisor and an expert witness, in particular with respect to anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance infringements, and associated private damages claims.
She is a founding member of W@CompetitionUK and has written and spoken widely on competition matters. In 2019, 2020 and 2021, Iona was named by Who’s Who Legal as a Future Leader as an expert in the field of competition economics for her "sound and thorough analysis" and for being a "down-to-earth economist who does not blind you with economist science".
Iona holds an MSc Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc (First) in Economics and French from the University of Birmingham. Iona also spent a year studying economics at the Sorbonne in Paris.

Felix is a Director in the Economic Consulting practice at AlixPartners, and is based in London. Felix applies his economics skillset to assist clients with real-world problems related to disputes and investigations.
Felix is a highly qualified economist, specializing in competition and antitrust. His experience ranges from mergers to cartel damage estimation and abuse-of-dominance assessments as well as other high-stakes litigation cases. Felix has completed projects in various sectors such as payment systems, online portals, pharmaceuticals, and automotive components.
Before joining AlixPartners, he was economic advisor in the government of Malawi, advising policy makers on investment climate reforms and other areas of regulatory reform.
Felix has a Master of Science in economics (with distinction) from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has presented at multiple conferences and written articles on damages quantification and the digital economy.

Joe is a partner in Travers Smith's Dispute Resolution Department. Joe's practice covers a broad range of commercial litigation, acting for both claimants and defendants.
Since joining Travers Smith in January 2018, Joe has been heavily involved in the defence of follow-on damages claims in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Joe also has extensive experience in the defence of high value claims against solicitors and accountants and in dealing with regulatory investigations pursued by the Solicitors Regulations Authority (SRA) and Financial Reporting Counsel (FRC).

Paul Stuart’s practice focuses on competition law and litigation.
Consistently recognized as a specialist in competition litigation, Paul’s practice covers collective proceedings before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, standalone and follow-on litigation in the English courts, and appearing as an advocate before the EU General Court and Court of Justice.
Paul also advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including merger control, cartels, abuse of dominance, and digital markets regulation. He is also an active member of Cleary Gottlieb’s pro bono practice.
Paul joined the firm in 2010 as an associate, was resident in the Brussels office from 2010 to 2012, became counsel in 2020, and became a partner in 2024.

Stella is a competition litigation specialist with a focus on competition damages litigation.
Stella has experience in litigation before the Competition Appeal Tribunal, High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. She combines her in-depth knowledge of European and English law practice and procedure, with her practical experience in settling damages claims for her clients.
Previously, Stella worked as legal assistant to Judge Dimitrios Gratsias at the General Court of the European Union in Luxembourg. She has also worked for a Belgian law firm specialising in finance, corporate and commercial law and prior to that, in Athens focusing on commercial matters.
Since joining the firm in October 2011, Stella has acted for claimants in a wide range of sectors and industries as well as SMEs and some household and market leading names.
