I specialise in substantial arbitration and High Court commercial disputes often of an international nature. I have advised clients across a diverse range of sectors on claims relating to breaches of contract, warranty claims, partnership disputes, negligence, misrepresentation and fraud. I am experienced in regulator investigations and have advised individuals on their personal liabilities in actual and potential FCA investigations relating to insider trading, bribery and improper conduct. I also advised the principle witness in a long running OFT (now the CMA) price fixing investigation and a number of individuals in relation to HMRC investigations into tax avoidance schemes.
