Emma is an Investment Manager in the RBC Brewin Dolphin London office. She constructs and manages portfolios both for direct private clients and those of intermediaries such as independent financial advisers.
Emma works closely with financial planners in the RBC Brewin Dolphin team, solicitors and accountants to make sure that her clients have their wealth structured in the most tax-efficient way. She does a lot of work promoting RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Financial Wellbeing programme, which involves helping corporates develop plans and delivering seminars to employees.
Emma began her financial services career in 2005 at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, working on structured derivatives and regularly communicating with fund managers. She joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2014. She has a Masters in Wealth Management from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and is a Chartered Fellow of the CISI.
Gillian focuses on all aspects of divorce and family law, in particular the financial repercussions of relationship breakdown and complex private law children matters.
Her work frequently has an international perspective, often involving tax and trust implications, substantial assets or incomes.
