Fraser specialises in the creation of offshore wealth planning structures. He is qualified in BVI and the Cayman Islands. Prior to joining Bedell Cristin he worked for another offshore firm, based in the Cayman Islands, for five years. He advises trust companies, family offices, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. He also works with onshore law firms and their clients in designing and operating wealth planning structures.
Fraser's practice involves trusts (including STAR trusts and VISTA trusts), foundations, trust companies (including private trust companies), companies and other vehicles. He prepares complex and straightforward wills and he helps guide clients through the probate and administration of estates process in BVI and the Cayman Islands. He also advises on offshore regulations as they apply to international private clients, including anti-money laundering, beneficial ownership registers, CRS / FATCA and economic substance.
Before moving offshore Fraser was a solicitor and chartered tax advisor in the UK, advising high net worth individuals and families on tax and succession planning.
Kirsten is a senior associate in the International Private Client team, having relocated to Jersey from Glasgow where she was practising as a Scottish private client solicitor.
Kirsten advises professional trustees and individuals, locally and internationally, on all aspects of Jersey trust law and the related company and commercial law issues. Kirsten is regularly involved in the establishment, ongoing administration and restructuring of Jersey trusts.
She also has expertise in the intricacies of private international law as it applies to wills, succession, probate, inheritance and lasting powers of attorney.

Edward is an Associate Director of R&H Trust & Corporate (operating as The R&H Trust Co. Ltd.) and he specialises in the establishment and administration of international trust structures, private trust companies and purpose trusts for ultra-high net worth individuals and institutions. The R&H Trust Co. Ltd. is a licenced trust company owned and operated by Rawlinson & Hunter in the Cayman Islands.
Edward has over 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined the firm in 2015 and was promoted to Senior Trust Manager in 2020 and Associate Director in 2022.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. Edward is also a member of the Cayman Islands branch of STEP and the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA).
Owen is a Director and insolvency practitioner with R&H Restructuring (Cayman) Ltd. and has been specialising in corporate restructuring, insolvency and turnaround for over 15 years. His focus is an offshore cross-border insolvency and restructuring and is an appointment taking Insolvency Practitioner in both the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.
Owen has extensive experience in successfully delivering and managing a variety of assignments including complex administrations, liquidations and receiverships in a variety of sectors, litigation support and asset-tracing and recovery in the UK, US, Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands, Ireland, the Far East, Russia and continental Europe.
Owen is a Chartered Accountant and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He is a member of RISA, the Cayman chapter of INSOL and is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute.
