Highlights
Leading complex relationships, working through challenging strategy and training your professional mindset makes a good advisor. But what makes a great, trusted advisor? What skills do you need to become a well-rounded HNW practitioner to grow your niche and succeed?
Early career training skimmed over the essentials in accounts, business skills and finance – how do you focus and develop these skills into everyday modern practice? What has the last 9 months taught us about what we need to work harder on?
This unique HNW Advisors leadership programme will put these skills in the spotlight. We will dive into three main areas of concern:
Communication, Marketing and Growing A Network
- Growing a network and client base. Is now the time?
- Carving the niche and developing your 'personal brand'
- How to excel on Zoom and online
Accounts and Finance
- Revisiting the balance sheet: Refreshing office finance and why it matters now
- The Sign off: Understanding the internal processes on the other side.
- Does the HNW advisor need a different set of skills?
Love your client and show them you’re on their team
- How to (really) know your client: what advice does your client want and what do you THINK they want?
- Writing an email and drafting documents: the hidden gems and classic failures.
- Client management skills for HNW
Who should attend?
Led by experts across the HNW advisory spectrum, this is a programme for those with 2 to 10 years’ experience with advising HNW clients, who want a refresh, but also different opinions on client management and the inner workings of firms and their clients. We intend for these sessions to be interactive to provide a platform to be able to address key concerns for associates no matter how big or small.
