Anne Baggesen

Anne joined the Group Board of Directors in June 2019, shortly after celebrating fifteen years with the company. Having started out in the trust and corporate services industry with KPMG in 1999, Anne also worked as a Trust Manager for Singer & Friedlander Trust Company for four years before joining Suntera in 2004. 

Appointed as Trust Director in 2006, Anne has been instrumental in managing the Group's bespoke, multi-jurisdictional trust and foundation arrangement ever since. In her role as Managing Director of Trusts and Private Wealth, Anne manages an international team of staff who support the establishment and ongoing management of trust structures for private, corporate and institutional clients worldwide.

Siobhan Riley

Siobhan is the head of Jersey's trusts and private wealth group and acts for many Channel Islands based trust companies, advising on issues relating to the establishment and operation of private and commercial trust structures. She also acts for a number of private trust companies, family offices and high net-worth individuals and is regularly instructed by lawyers around the world to advise on matters of Jersey trust law. Siobhan also advises on operational issues for local financial services businesses, including employment and outsourcing arrangements.

Siobhan is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on trust and employment law and writes articles for industry journals. She was a member of the Jersey Finance working group reviewing the promotion of Jersey as a centre for philanthropic structures. 

Siobhan is included in the Citywealth IFC Power Women Top 200, which recognises leading and influential women in government, private wealth, private client advisory and philanthropy across international financial centres. She is consistently recognised as a leading individual by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. Siobhan has also been recognised in Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite listings 2021.

Nicola joined James Hambro & Partners in 2012 and is Head of Charities. She began her investment career in 1987 at N M Rothschild & Sons and specialised in portfolio management for charities, private clients, trusts and institutional pension fund portfolios, before joining the bank’s private wealth management division as Head of UK Equities. From 2008 to 2011 she was a Director at Baring Asset Management. Nicola is a trustee and chairs the investment committee of the Citizens Advice pension scheme. She was named in Spear’s Magazine’s ‘Top 50’ list of  high net worth wealth managers in 2015. Nicola was second in Spear’s list of the UK’s best wealth managers in 2016.

Nicola is Head of the Charity team. Nicola is also part of our Investment team.
