Daniel Ryan is a managing director at Berkeley Research Group, where he leads the London office. Mr Ryan has over 25 years’ experience in quantifying damages arising out of claims in contract, or tort, and in valuing businesses and shares in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He is also highly experienced in intellectual property licensing, infringement of intellectual property rights, fiscal valuation and transfer pricing. He is regularly appointed as an expert witness and is experienced in oral testimony. His experience covers matters in the UK High Court, before arbitral tribunals in the UK and internationally, in fiscal courts, and before the Copyright Tribunal.

Lucy has extensive experience of managing international, cross-border litigation, working frequently in the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Divisions of the English High Court (including Commercial Court) and Court of Appeal. She has also conducted several commercial arbitrations under the LCIA, ICC and ad hoc rules and most recently, was instructed on an LCIA arbitration in the aerospace sector.

Erick is the head of BRG’s eDiscovery and Forensics practice in Asia–Pacific. He has over fifteen years of experience in forensic consulting, compliance investigations, information governance, eDiscovery, data identification, and collection. He has managed document review for both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Nicolas Petit is Joint Chair in Competition Law at the Department of Law and at the Robert Schuman Centre for Advanced Studies. He is also invited Professor at the College of Europe in Bruges.

Ben is a partner in Stephenson Harwood's commercial litigation team and heads the firm's contentious data protection practices.
