Fedor Poskriakov is a partner at Lenz & Staehelin in the Banking and Finance group in Geneva and specializes in banking, securities and finance law with a focus on Fintech. He regularly advises on various regulatory, contractual and corporate matters. His practice covers banking, investment management and alternative investments, including private equity and hedge funds. Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Mr. O'Toole served as the Chief of the Special Litigation Division of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia where, among other things, he managed and conducted large-scale criminal defense investigations for matters pending in the local and federal courts. He is a former Assistant Federal Public Defender in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he conducted investigations and handled matters for people under sentence of death in federal proceedings.

Stephen is a member of Stephenson Harwood's commercial litigation department, working on a wide range of matters. He has market-leading experience and expertise in relation to EU and UK sanctions. Stephen has a particular focus on matters relating to Iran and he was a founding member of the firm's Iran group.

Florian Wolf specialises in public procurement law and foreign trade law. He advises contracting authorities as well as national and international bidders on German and European public procurement law questions and represents his clients before the procurement review bodies. In particular, he focuses on advising clients with regard to tender procedures in the fields of defence and security. Florian also advises his clients on customs law, excise tax law, export control law and sanctions law as well as the German Freedom of Information Act.
