Andy specialises in civil fraud and finance litigation. He has almost two decades of experience handling complex, high value international disputes with particular experience representing banks and other financial institutions, corporates and high-net-worth individuals.

Shreyas is an advocate, arbitrator and trained mediator based in India, and is the founding partner of Aarna Law, a boutique counsel led international and domestic dispute resolution practice. Shreyas has conducted several complex trials, has appeared before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He has also represented clients before various international and domestic arbitral tribunals and mediation fora and has represented the Republic of India in significant Investor State Arbitrations. 

Evgeny practices international commercial arbitration and litigation, and specializes in management of complex cross-border disputes.  He is experienced in the arbitration proceedings under ICAC of CCI of Russia (MKAS), ICC, LCIA, SCC and Swiss Rules. His portfolio includes coordination of high-profile court cases in the UK, the USA, Germany, Turkey, India and other countries. His industry specialties include energy development and supply, commodities, shipping, pharmaceutical regulation. 

Nick is a dispute resolution partner in HFW's Dubai office, and has worked in the UAE since 2012. He has a broad commercial disputes practice with a focus on fraud and insolvency, as well as shareholder and joint venture disputes. He has significant experience litigating in the DIFC, ADGM and UAE onshore Courts, as well as major arbitral venues in the UAE and internationally. Nick was ranked as a "Rising Star" in Legal 500 2020 which stated that he "is seen as a trusted and experienced advisor in the market." In previous years, he was referred to by Legal 500 as "impressive and dependable." Nick is qualified in England and Wales.

Clara Poglia is a partner in Schellenberg Wittmer’s Geneva office, where she co-heads the dispute resolution group. Clara's key areas of expertise and practice focus on white-collar crime, international mutual legal assistance both in criminal and tax matters, extradition, asset tracing and recovery, and internal corporate investigations. Clara is also specialized in regulatory and compliance issues. Clara regularly acts as counsel for both individuals and prominent corporate entities in criminal and administrative proceedings before cantonal and federal authorities and courts, including the Swiss Supreme Court.
