During the registration process, you will be asked to complete the ticket buyer details, followed by the ticket holder details. If you are purchasing your own ticket to the event, these details will automatically populate and remain the same.

Our new registration platform will automatically apply the corresponding discounted rate to your ticket purchase based on your membership status. For this purpose, it is essential that the email address used during the sign-up process is identical to the one associated with their membership.

Please note if you wish to pay via bank transfer, this invoice must be raised 30 days prior to the event. After this, we will only accept instant payment.
