In this seminar we discuss the changing landscape of obscure modern assets. The guidance on how to deal with trusts and estates that contain investments in digital assets, NFTs, art collections and in some cases psychedelics can be vague or limited. With these unusual asset classes, there is no one size fits all approach for trustees or their advisors. We share lessons learnt and how we see this changing in the future.
