Kristin joined London & Capital as Head of Relationship Management; responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, as well as enhancing the firm's capabilities and thought leadership. She derives her passion and purpose from bringing people together to foster meaningful connections.

Over the last 24 years, Kristin has built an impressive background in wealth management, commercial banking, global treasury management and international banking, working with some of the most successful executives, business owners and influential families across Silicon Valley, the Rocky Mountain Region and across the US.

Prior to joining London & Capital, Kristin led the Private Bank for JP Morgan in Utah and Idaho and was actively involved in the business community, with seats on the World Trade Center Board and Women's Leadership Institute

Josh is an Associate Director within the US Family Office, advising US-connected families and individuals in the co-ordination and management of their wealth across multiple jurisdictions.

He has extensive experience in structuring global assets to ensure his clients are maximising their affairs. This includes setting up strategies prior to arriving and whilst residing in the UK; helping clients to visualise and manage their cashflow effectively and forming US/UK compliant estate plans.

Josh was shortlisted in the Spears Wealth Management Awards as a “Future Leader in Private Client Services.”

Having a broad network of professional contacts allows Josh to provide a joined-up approach across a wide range of matters, highlighted by his recent publications - the London & Capital Roadmap series on TheCable.

Josh has been awarded a Chartered Fellow Membership of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investments having achieved the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) qualification, Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

I provide tax and accounting compliance services and planning advice to individuals and their business interests, with a focus on utilising tax allowances and reliefs, saving for the future and building wealth during working lives and particularly for retirement. My clients include those involved in the sports, media and entertainment sectors, entrepreneurs, family offices, high net worth individuals and non-UK domiciliaries.

I strive to deliver advice to clients in a straightforward manner and break down the complexities of the tax legislation into plain English.

Mo is Head of Sports & Entertainment at Lawrence Stephens, advising and representing a variety of sporting and entertainment clients within the industry.

Within sport, Mohit regularly acts for clients on a wide range of issues from player transfers, boxing promotional agreements, commercial opportunities (including image rights and endorsement agreements) to regulatory, brand protection and dispute matters.

Within entertainment, Mohit advises music artists, actors, celebrities and influencers in relation to their commercial and endorsement agreements, ambassador agreements, and global brand protection matters.
