The Law Commission is expected to shortly publish its second consultation paper on the reform of the Arbitration Act 1996. The second round of consultation concerns: (i) the governing law of the arbitration agreement; (ii) Section 67 challenges; and (iii) discrimination. Hear from the panellists – including Dr Nathan Tamblyn of the Law Commission, Angeline Welsh KC of Essex Court Chambers, Raphael Kaminsky of Teynier Pic, and Mikhail Vishnyakov FCIArb of CYK – on the issues canvassed in the second round of the Law Commission’s consultation.
