The trial – billed as the "tech trial of the century" – was one of The Lawyer's top cases of 2019 and ran for 10 months.  Earlier this year, the Court found that the Hewlett Packard companies had "substantially succeeded" in their fraud claims against Mike Lynch and Sushovan Hussain, the former CEO and CFO of Autonomy respectively.
