Kate specialises in all aspects of family law and in particular acting for international high net worth and high-profile individuals in financial and children matters. Kate has had extensive experience in a wide range of cases including a number of reported cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal. Her cases have included high value financial cases often with an international element and complex cases involving children such as relocation from the jurisdiction and cases involving substance abuse.

Sital is a partner and head of the Kingsley Napley family team, where she specialises in complex financial matters within a divorce, including international jurisdictional cases, negotiating and drafting  pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements as well as every aspect of private children law cases.

Kate is a Partner in the Family team. Kate also advises on cohabitation disputes and private law children matters, including applications for leave to remove children from the jurisdiction. She is experienced in advising on pre- and post-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements.

Kate is head of the firm's parental alienation group and has a particular interest in high conflict children cases.
