We are delighted to bring you Women in FIRE.

What is Women in FIRE?

Women in FIRE connects women in litigation or whose practice encompasses or touches upon Fraud, Contentious Insolvency, Asset Recovery and International Enforcement.

This initiative brings together female practitioners and allies of all backgrounds and experiences in one room to discuss current challenges and share knowledge. It is all about continuous connection and forging strong networks that elevate women in the industry.

What will we do as part of the initiative?

Through a combination of events, webinars, written and in-person content Women in FIRE aims to meet some of these objectives:

To create a supportive community of women
professionals in asset recovery, who
can share their experiences, knowledge, and
best practices, and provide each other with mentoring,
networking, and career development opportunities.

To promote gender diversity and inclusion in the
fields of asset recovery, fraud litigation,
contentious insolvency, and enforcement,
and to encourage more women to pursue
careers and leadership positions in these fields.

To organize and host high-quality events, such as
conferences, seminars, workshops,
breakfasts/ lunches /dinners and webinars,
that provide valuable educational
and professional development opportunities
for women in asset recovery.

To provide a platform for women in asset recovery
to showcase their expertise and achievements,
and to recognize and celebrate their
contributions to the fields.

To develop and maintain a strong online presence,
including a website, social media accounts,
and a member portal, that provides easy
access to resources, information,
and networking opportunities for members.

To forge partnerships and collaborations with
organisations within and outside the Asset
Recovery realm that share common goals,
fostering growth and success, while also
promoting information exchange
and collaboration among members.

How do you get involved?

Go beyond the concept of one event, one webinar or one piece of written content and get involved in our series as a whole.

Here you will find everything you will need about what our Women in FIRE initiative offers. Contribute articles to our magazines, watch online webinars, keep up to date with the latest developments via articles on our Hub or our TL4 Insights, and connect and share knowledge at our networking evenings.
